The British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is seeking an Appointment Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for patients. You will primarily book appointments and respond to queries in a professional, empathetic manner from our Booking & Information Centre in Leamington Spa.
The role is 24 hours per week, with a rota across Sunday to Saturday, and will become hybrid after 3 months full training and competency sign-off.
