Here at BPAS, we are introducing a brand-new role and are looking for an LMS Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team.
You\’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our Learning Management System (Kallidus) managing users, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system integrity, and producing reports that help us understand learning trends.
Alongside this, you\’ll work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging digital learning content, including quizzes, assessments, and SCORM-compliant materials. As part of the wider team, you\’ll also support with queries and contribute to the overall development of training across BPAS.
This is a permanent role, working full time over Monday to Friday. You\’ll work remotely from home with travel to our Head Office in Leamington Spa once a month.
Main duties of the job
- Administer and maintain the BPAS Learning Management System (Kallidus), including user accounts, permissions, and system updates.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Generate and analyse learning reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Work with subject matter experts to design and develop accessible, engaging eLearning content, including quizzes, assessments, and SCORM-compliant materials.
- Support colleagues, learners, and third-party providers with queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Contribute to the wider Learning and Development function, including maintaining training records and supporting the L&D Manager with projects.
About You
You will bring experience in learning and development support or administrative roles, with excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident in using digital systems and Microsoft Office, you will have a logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
