Are you someone who enjoys working with data and ensuring accuracy in everything you do? Do you thrive in a role where you can support both business development and operational processes? BPAS are looking for a Business Development and Data Administrator to support our Business Development Team and Data Processing and Reports Manager. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate data recording and management to support invoicing, reporting and auditing. It also provides administrative support across a range of business development activities. You will contribute to the smooth running of key systems and processes, supporting service development, contract management and internal reporting. This is a full‑time, permanent position working 36 hours per week on a hybrid basis, over Monday to Friday. Travel to Head Office in Leamington Spa will typically be required once a month.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information to support invoicing, reporting and auditing.
- Monitor and audit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoicing information.
- Support the production and submission of invoicing documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
- Assist with service development activities, including mobilisation of new services and tender administration.
- Support BIS/CAS system processes, including data management, reporting and user helpdesk support.
- Maintain accurate contract data and support data quality through regular auditing and updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous administrative experience and experience working with data, with the ability to handle information accurately and methodically.
- Experience in the collection and manipulation of data.
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths qualification either GCSE A‑C or Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE 4 or NVQ level 2.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in supporting a Business Development team in a Healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access.
- Effective meeting management in capturing and recording actions.
- Working knowledge of relational database theory.
- Working knowledge of supporting the administrative function of business development.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Access skills.
- Ability to collate and organise data from a variety of sources.
- Ability to manipulate statistical data and information.

Location and Working Hours:
Hybrid working between home and the BPAS Head Office in Leamington Spa. Travel to Head Office is typically once a month (travel is not reimbursed). Hours per week: 36 hours – Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00; Friday 09:00 to 15:30.
Salary: £26,444 – £29,853 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
