BPAS is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Bournemouth unit on a part‑time basis (15 hours per week, Monday, Thursday, Friday). The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with internal and external colleagues.
- Accurately check or complete BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring all relevant documentation is available for the client's episode of care.
- Monitor, edit and amend appointment list using the BPAS booking system and inform clients of any changes.
- Assist in monitoring, controlling and ordering stock; sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare and dispatch statistical information and reports.
