At Shandy Shack, we are rebels of refreshment, pioneers of proper shandy, and champions of moderation without compromise. We are on the lookout for a National Account Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be our relationship-builder, taking Shandy Shack into new corners of the UK with a focus on growth across foodservice and speciality wholesale channels. If you know your way around FMCG and are a pro at building relationships, this role could be for you.

You’ll work independently, report directly to our co-founder, and manage a small team.

What you'll do

  • Maximise Distribution: Build and execute plans to grow volume through existing wholesalers and unlock new routes to market.
  • Drive New Business: Win national and regional accounts, predominantly across food service and speciality wholesale.
  • Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and implement long-term plans to grow key channels, ensuring sustainable and profitable volume alongside brand presence.
  • Lead & Support: Manage direct reports, helping them hit targets and grow professionally.
  • Pitch & Close: Create and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate smart deals and secure listings that drive growth.

Who you are
