What you'll be doing

  • Account Management & Growth

    • Shape and deliver channel strategy alongside impactful, insight-led Joint Business Plans.
    • Drive performance across volume, revenue, profit and distribution targets.
    • Spot, unlock and convert new growth opportunities across both existing and new accounts.
    • Lead the charge on promotional planning, pricing strategy and distribution expansion.
    • Use data and market insight to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Work cross-functionally with category, marketing, revenue management and supply chain to deliver standout execution.

    • Develop strong connections with key retail operators to drive consumer demand and in-store success.
    • Champion the customer internally, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritised.
    • Support and align with customer sustainability agendas through meaningful partnerships.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
    • Take ownership of accurate, end-to-end forecasting and demand planning across short, medium and long-term horizons.
    • Effectively manage trade investment and promotional spend to maximise return.
    • Track, analyse and report on performance, ROI and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Category and Insight Leadership
    • Be the voice of the channel, bringing actionable insights that shape winning customer propositions.
    • Partner closely with category and brand teams to deliver compelling, insight-driven solutions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Play an active role in shaping the wider ICC/Discounter commercial strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Represent the business confidently at customer meetings, trade events and industry forums.
    • Influence internal stakeholders to align with customer priorities and strategic growth opportunities.

Who we are looking for

  • Someone with strong experience within Wholesale, Cash & Carry or the Impulse channel, ideally gained within FMCG drinks.
  • An individual who has a well-established and active network across the Impulse and Convenience sector.
  • A highly effective negotiator and communicator who has excellent relationship building skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives independently while also collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required to support customers and business growth.

Competitive salary and performance-related bonus. Pension scheme with up to 5% employer matching. Company credit card and expenses covered. 25 days’ holiday, plus your birthday off. Ongoing training and development opportunities.
