The IS Applications team is on the lookout for a curious and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who’s excited to grow, experiment, and get hands‑on with real enterprise‑level systems. If you’re at the early stage of your BI or data journey and eager to build strong technical and analytical skills, this role is the perfect launchpad. You’ll be joining a supportive BI team who will guide you as you dive into SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), alongside Microsoft tools like Excel, Power Query and Power Automate. SAP experience is beneficial but not required; the right candidate will receive full training, mentoring, and development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Get involved in building, maintaining, and improving reports and data models in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Support business teams by gathering reporting requirements and translating them into practical BI solutions that add real value.
  • Create and maintain operational reports using Excel, Power Query and Power Automate.
  • Validate data and carry out basic analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

User Support and Documentation

  • Provide first‑line support to users interacting with BI reports and dashboards.
  • Document reports, data definitions and processes to help build shared knowledge and strengthen data governance.

Learning, Growth and Continuous Improvement

  • Develop your understanding of BI best practices, data warehousing concepts, and data management principles.
  • Get involved in team initiatives and improvement projects that shape how BI works across the organisation.
  • Bring curiosity, ideas, and enthusiasm to a team that values learning and collaboration.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
