PM Shift Manager

Overview about the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced PM Shift Manager to lead our evening operations. You will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and supporting a high-performing team to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the evening shift team to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to support the business\’s requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
