The predicted salary is between 28800 - 38400 Β£ per year.
Location: British Patagonia Bakery, Upper Street, Islington.
Concept: Evening pizza, wine & cocktails (BP Nights).
Salary: Β£32,000 per year. Salary details: Salaried role (no overtime β hours built into the contract).
Working Pattern: 4 days on / 3 days off. Mainly Thursday to Sunday. Typical shifts: ThuβFri ~5:00 pm β midnight; Sat ~12:00 pm β 11:00 pm; Sun ~12:00 pm β 11:00 pm (including Sunday service).
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking pizzas during BP Nights service.
- Dough handling, stretching, topping, baking, and plating.
- Managing pizza section independently during service.
- Keeping the pizza station clean, organised, and food-safe.
- Supporting prep when service is quiet (for nights or next day bakery use).
- Working closely with baristas, FOH, and bar staff in a small team.
- Maintaining consistent quality, pace, and presentation.
