The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Metacognition Specialist to collaborate with our team on project-based assignments. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting background research in metacognition and related cognitive sciences. Performing data analysis to support evidence-based product and service development. Contributing to the design of innovative tools and interventions to improve leadership mindsets. Working remotely with opportunities for in-person collaboration when necessary. Ideal Candidate Holds advanced expertise (MSc or PhD preferred) in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, behavioural science, or a related field. Demonstrates strong analytical and research skills, with proven experience in data interpretation and application. Has a passion for applying scientific insights to practical, real-world leadership challenges. Is self-driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic about exploring new approaches to enhance human wellbeing and performance.
