Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and motivated Content & Accreditation Support Officer to provide administrative, digital, and operational support to the Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education (CASE) and the College & Society for Vascular Science (CSVS). The successful candidate will work closely with the BMUS team, supporting accreditation processes, events, communications, and website content.
Responsibilities
- CASE
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Maintain accreditation registers and HEI records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
- Manage financial records, invoicing and annual accounts
- Support accreditation applications and accreditor engagement
- Maintain website content and social media activity
- Support accreditor training
- Deliver improvements to all accreditation processes
- Support data collection and reporting processes
- CSVS
- Assist with planning and delivery of events and study days
- Update and maintain the CSVS website
- Support social media and email communications
Person Specification
- Experience using CMS, website tools and social media
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience supporting events
- High attention to detail
- Experience in membership organisations
- Understanding of accreditation or regulatory processes
- Experience with finance admin
- Familiarity with HEIs or exam platforms such as Mettl
