Premier Marinas is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our friendly and professional team at our Head Office in Swanwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on, customer-focussed role involving a range of duties across marketing and branding and will include working some weekends and regular travel to our marinas locations.
What we’re looking for:
- Event planning and management experience, including all development, planning and managing delivery (including staffing rotas, merchandise and collateral)
- Data analysis and customer insight, using survey tools, such as Survey Monkey to build and roll out customer surveys (Experience using Dot Digital desirable)
- Brand management and asset control, working with external partners to create core brand assets
- Content creation and copywriting, working with suppliers to create customer facing literature that is on brand
- Experience filing assets on a third party file system (such as Box, Filecamp etc)
- Experience using design tools to create quick assets (such as Canva, Adobe Express) and implementing brand standards
- Experience of Eventbrite or similar ticketing systems
- Friendly, customer-focused, and confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Experience managing a budget
- Positive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a busy marine environment, with occasional weekend work
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
