We are seeking an experienced and motivated Boat/Yacht Broker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in yacht sales and client relationship management. As we are a small team, the role will be diverse, varied and allow for making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sale and purchase of boats and yachts from listing to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Source new listings and generate sales leads
- Conduct viewings, negotiations, and contract management
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and vessel specifications
- Proven experience as a boat or yacht broker
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
