Lymington Yacht Haven is recruiting a Night Haven Master to oversee overnight marina operations at a busy 650 berth site. The role focuses on the smooth running of processes, guest satisfaction, and maintaining clear administrative procedures.
Working a 12-hour shift from 7pm to 7am on a week-on/week-off basis, you will manage visiting and resident yachts, fuel sales, site security and overnight reception. Benefits include a company pension, healthcare, 21 days leave, and Cycle to Work scheme.
