Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Night Marina Operative to work at Chichester Marina. You will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:
- Proven customer service or customer facing experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- A can do attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
Expect to spend some time patrolling the marina conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role. You will be working 12 hour night shifts as per the duty rota which includes some weekends and Bank/Public holidays. A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
