Working as part of a small, hardworking team this multifaceted role will include, but is not limited to, marina operations, customer service, general maintenance and other tasks as may be required.
Key Requirements
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- A can do attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
- Previous experience of boat handling and local knowledge of the local sailing area and cruising grounds is a major advantage, but training will be provided
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK on start of contract will be required
Working Hours
This role includes working both indoors and outdoors in all weathers, working alternate weekends, and bank holidays as the rota dictates. This will be an average 40 hour week, on a ten days on four days off shift pattern, as required, to keep our marina operational all year round.
