The position of Night Marina Operative has become available at Premier Marinas’ Falmouth Marina. You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. Expect to spend some time patrolling the marina and boatyard, conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service or customer facing experience
- A 'can do' attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- Previous experience in a similar role and a knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, will be given.
In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. You will be working 12-hour night shifts as per the duty rota which includes some weekends and Bank/Public holidays. The role will also require working limited day shifts.
