Engineering & Operations Manager to join Eyemouth Marine Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day engineering and yard operations
- Manage vessel maintenance, repairs and refits
- Plan and coordinate engineering projects
- Lead and develop a multi‑skilled team
- Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance
- Support quotations, project planning and resource management
- Report directly to Neil Harrison, Managing Director of Eyemouth Marine Ltd.
Requirements
- Engineering or maintenance leadership experience
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing people and coordinating workloads
- A proactive approach with a commitment to safety and quality
- Marine engineering experience is desirable, but candidates from heavy engineering, fabrication, manufacturing or similar industries will also be considered
