Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Marina & Maintenance Operative at Chichester Marina. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

This is a multi-facetted role and is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team in a busy purpose-built marina and boatyard.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and maintenance operations
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • A can do attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • A good knowledge of boats and basic property maintenance is desirable
  • A full clean UK driving licence is essential

This role involves working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions and operates on a seasonal summer and winter duty rota, which includes some weekends and Bank/Public Holidays and nights.
