Our role is to identify opportunities for investors, developers and property entrepreneurs before they become obvious to the wider market.
That means helping clients acquire properties and sites where value can be created through planning, conversion, refurbishment, repositioning or development.
Instead of simply selling existing homes, you will learn how to spot opportunities, assess value, package deals, speak with investors and help clients acquire projects with genuine upside.

British Living Group is a Nottingham-based property investment and development business specialising in sourcing, packaging and delivering high-value property opportunities across the East Midlands.

Since 2017, we have built a strong network of investors, developers, agents and introducers, and we are now looking for someone ambitious to help us continue growing.
The Role
You will work directly alongside the Managing Director to help identify, package, market and progress property investment opportunities.
This is a commercial role combining property sourcing, investor communication, sales progression, marketing and deal packaging.
You will be given access to live property and client leads through our existing network, but you will also be expected to build your own relationships, generate opportunities and help grow the business.
This is not a traditional estate agency role.
This is a route into property investment, acquisitions, sourcing, land and development.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Packaging
- Create professional investor packs and Asset Information Documents
- Prepare opportunity summaries and marketing materials
- Assist the Directors with financial appraisals and deal analysis
- Coordinate plans, photography and supporting information
- Help present opportunities clearly and professionally to investors
- Speak with investors and prospective purchasers
- Follow up enquiries and maintain momentum
- Arrange viewings, calls and meetings
- Liaise with agents, solicitors, consultants and clients
- Help progress deals through to exchange and completion
Opportunity Generation
- Build relationships with agents, owners, investors and introducers
- Research new investment and development opportunities
- Identify potential HMO, land and commercial conversion projects
- Maintain and grow the company CRM
Marketing & Brand
- Assist in creating LinkedIn and social media content
- Assist with email campaigns and investor updates
- Help maintain the company website
- Produce project case studies and marketing content
- Support branding for new property projects
Who This Would Suit

We are also very open to ambitious younger property people who may not yet have years of experience, but who have the right attitude, commercial instinct and genuine interest in property investment and development.
You do not need to be a qualified surveyor or development manager.
You do need to be ambitious, proactive, good with people, organised and willing to learn.
What We Are Looking For

Package
- Basic salary, expected around £30,000, but negotiable depending on experience
- Uncapped performance commission
- Realistic OTE of £75,000+
- Commission linked to successful transactions
- Direct mentorship from the Managing Director
- Access to existing company leads and investor relationships
- Clear progression into deal origination, acquisitions, land and development
