A seasoned Corporate Lawyer with significant experience is sought to manage legal matters for the Kyiv based subsidiary of a large western corporate group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector, as well as ensuring legal compliance and supporting complex project-based activities. The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM or equivalent). Security Certification (Legal/Compliance) and Document Management Services Certification would be helpful. The candidate should have at least five years of professional experience in corporate services, with law firms and/or in-house with a company. Experience with international holding structures, energy (renewables/conventional), service and maintenance and equipment distribution/trade is highly preferred. Experience at firms like DTEK, KNESS, Ukrenergo or similar large-scale energy corporations would be particularly beneficial. The candidate must be fluent in English (verbal and written, English at the intermediate level (B1) or higher), and be able to understand legal terminology, correspond with international partners, and express professional advice clearly.

  • Providing legal support for procurement and equipment supply transactions.
  • Liaising with external legal counsel and international partners.
  • Overseeing document management systems and ensuring the security of legal records.
