The Role

Our property management division focuses on placemaking and delivering management services throughout the lifecycle of our developments. With a focused range of services, we pride ourselves on a tailored approach adding value and enhancing the occupier, shopper, visitor, and resident experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Line manage and support Property Managers in their properties, overseeing welfare, training, development, and discipline of the management team in line with company policies.
  • Produce the annual building service charge budget and management accounts, coordinating internal resources and ensuring strict adherence to published programmes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, especially office and retail occupiers, communicating regularly and soliciting feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Act as Responsible Person in emergencies, ensuring occupiers are aware of building incident procedures and risk assessments, and arrange appropriate emergency and out‑of‑hours cover.
  • On-board and work closely with Work Ready occupiers or Storey team when adopted, ensuring service provision aligns with customer expectations and lease terms.
  • Ensure health and safety of all occupants, visitors, public and staff in common areas, maintaining emergency procedures and safe working practices per legal requirements.
  • Keep the Client Services Director updated on developments or significant issues, offering solutions and taking direction as needed.
  • Deliver ESG policies related to waste management, energy procurement, and water savings.
