THE ROLE
As a Residential Manager within the Property Management - Surveying team, you will be responsible for designated properties and tasks across our residential portfolio as reasonably requested and undertaking all tasks proactively and diligently. Tasks include managing residential agents, overseeing the co-ordination/review of property reports, maintaining accurate records, liaising professionally with all occupiers and consultants, and overseeing the management of rents/arrears, rates, insurance, service charges, landlord works/costs.
