THE ROLEDeliver continuity of best-in-class service to the building occupiers with minimal disruption.

Implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures to provide an operationally efficient, economically competitive, safe and innovative environment for occupiers and visitors.

WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide the best value to our occupiers through preparation and management of service charge budgets in line with the RICS code of practice and support contract tender preparation.

Manage service provider contracts to provide the best-in-class service to our customers.

Oversee the planned maintenance programme and co-ordinate reactive maintenance in conjunction with the Technical Services Manager.

Lead and manage the building team direct reports and onsite service providers, ensuring all aspects of staff training, development, well-being and general welfare requirements are identified and formally reviewed.
