Implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures to provide an operationally efficient, economically competitive, safe and innovative environment for occupiers and visitors. Support building management team in day-to-day management of the building, administrative tasks, occupier relationships and service provider activities. WHAT YOU’LL DOProvide the best value to our occupiers and assist with the preparation and management of service charge budgets in line with the RICS code of practice. Service charge budget administration - including obtaining quotations, raising orders, and coordinating contractors. Manage service provider contracts to provide the best-in-class service to our customers. Oversee the planned maintenance programme and co-ordinate reactive maintenance across the building(s) in conjunction with the Property Manager and Technical Services Manager. Maintain the office environment and welfare areas for building team and service providers. Support Health and Safety compliance and administration - ensuring requirements are observed, maintained and conform with current legislation.
