THE ROLE
Deliver continuity of best-in‑class service to the building occupiers with minimal disruption.Implement andmaintaineffective management systems and procedures to provide an operationally efficient, economically competitive,safeand innovative environment for occupiers and visitors.Supportbuilding managementteam in day‑to‑day management of the building,administrative tasks,occupierrelationshipsand service provideractivities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide the best value to our occupiers andassistwith thepreparation and management ofservice chargebudgets in line with the RICS code of practice.Service charge budget administration– including obtaining quotations,raising orders,and coordinating contractors.
- Manage serviceprovidercontracts to provide the best-in‑class service to our customers. Oversee the planned maintenance programme and co‑ordinate reactive maintenance across thebuilding(s)in conjunction with the PropertyManager andTechnical Services Manager.Maintainthe office environmentand welfare areasforbuildingteam and service providers.
- SupportHealth and Safetycompliance and administration – ensuringrequirements areobserved,maintainedand conform with current legislation.
- Develop andmaintaina professional understanding and close working relationship with occupiers – ensuring regular engagementwithprofessionaland open communication on all matters.
