THE ROLE

As the Retail and Logistics Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and delivery of leasing marketing materials, ensuring integration with central teams on brand, digital, and leasing priorities. You will deliver high-quality, locally relevant marketing for agents and support the execution of campaigns across the retail and logistics portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in the planning and execution of leasing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is integrated with central brand, digital, and leasing priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver locally relevant marketing for agents.
  • Work closely with the Retail and Logistics Marketing Lead to support campaign delivery.
  • Liaise with agents and brokers to ensure marketing materials meet local needs and standards.

Quality & Consistency

  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all marketing outputs.
  • Support the team in delivering projects on time and to standard.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in retail, logistics, or investment marketing, preferably within real estate or related sectors.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with digital marketing and creative tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail, logistics, and investment marketing in property or related sectors.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Interest in industry trends and best practices.
