The Role
Assist the property & engineering manager in the execution and delivery of all services pertaining to the operational management of the property. Act as deputy to the property manager and provide full secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the property management team (including the engineering team). Contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all users of the building/ estate.
What Youâll Do
- Provide the best value to our occupiers and assist with the preparation and management of service charge budgets in line with the RICS code of practice.
- Service charge budget administration â including obtaining quotations, raising orders, and coordinating contractors.
- Manage service provider contracts to provide the best-inâclass service to our customers.
- Oversee the planned maintenance programme and coâordinate reactive maintenance across the building(s) in conjunction with the property manager and technical services manager.
- Maintain the office environment and welfare areas for building team and service providers.
- Support health and safety compliance and administration â ensuring requirements are observed, maintained and conform with current legislation.
- Develop and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with occupiers â ensuring regular engagement with professional and open communication on all matters.
