You will provide first-line support to the Centre Management Team and serve as the initial contact for tenants and stakeholders of the shopping centre. The role involves engaging with various internal and external parties and requires proficiency in multiple business systems. You will manage daily financial administration and support budget management across the estate.

Location: Eden Walk Shopping Centre is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Kingston Station, with direct trains from London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, and Wimbledon. Multiple bus routes serve the area, and on-site parking, cycle lanes, and pedestrian access facilitate easy commuting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide management accounts with commentary and exception reports for decision-making
  • Administer the accounts system, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure compliance
  • Assist management with financial analysis, property reporting, and audit preparations
  • Support budget formulation with expenditure analysis
  • Liaise with finance on invoice processing and inter-company charges
  • Support procurement activities and maintain expenditure tracking
  • Nurture relationships with tenants, service partners, and stakeholders through various communication channels
  • Enhance customer engagement using digital platforms and produce newsletters
  • Maintain accurate tenant contact details and support sales data collection
Compliance and Sustainability:
  • Monitor health & safety compliance platforms and organize contractor access
  • Assist with environmental data reporting and sustainability initiatives
Administrative Support:
  • Perform routine admin tasks like answering calls, scheduling, and handling queries
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and team support
