Social Worker
The British International School Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and adaptable Social Worker to join our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, behavioural, and academic wellbeing, while working collaboratively with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure every child can thrive.

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and highly organised professional who is committed to supporting the wellbeing and success of young people.
You will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Services, or a related field, and have a minimum of two years' experience in youth-related social work, ideally within an educational setting.
You will demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with students, families, colleagues, and external agencies.
Above all, you will be passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will provide individual and group support, contribute to intervention planning, assist with crisis response and safeguarding matters, and promote positive partnerships between home and school.
You will work collaboratively to identify and address barriers to learning, support student engagement and wellbeing, and ensure that appropriate support systems are in place for students and families.
