We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and highly organised professional who is committed to supporting the wellbeing and success of young people. You will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Services, or a related field, and have a minimum of two years' experience in youth-related social work, ideally within an educational setting. You will demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with students, families, colleagues, and external agencies.
The successful candidate will be skilled in providing social and emotional support, maintaining accurate records, managing sensitive situations with professionalism, and contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture. Above all, you will be passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will provide individual and group support, contribute to intervention planning, assist with crisis response and safeguarding matters, and promote positive partnerships between home and school.
