The Role

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and dedicated greenkeeping team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our beautiful 18-hole championship course, ensuring it remains in peak condition all year round.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily course maintenance - mowing, divoting, bunker raking, turf care
  • Operating and maintaining modern greenkeeping machinery
  • Supporting renovation and improvement projects
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations
  • Contributing to a positive, hardworking team environment
  • Adopting a pro-active approach to course presentation and attention to detail.

About You

  • NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management as a minimum.
  • Previous experience in greenkeeping or grounds maintenance preferred
  • Passionate about course presentation, sustainability, and the outdoors
  • Flexible and reliable - early mornings and weekend work required on a rota
  • PA1, PA2, and PA6 spraying certificates would be a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence essential
