Royal Porthcawl Golf Club is a world‑renowned golf club situated between Cardiff and Swansea in South Wales. We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and ambitious Course Manager to lead the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of our championship links course. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional playing conditions and maintaining the highest standards throughout the year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the Club’s course strategy;

- Leading and developing a professional greenkeeping team to deliver outstanding results within budget.
