An exciting opportunity has arisen at WGC London as our current Course Manager steps into a new role within The Good Golf Company. We are now seeking an ambitious and driven Head Greenkeeper to help lead the next chapter of the club’s development. This is a unique moment to join WGC London. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Director of Golf Courses and Agronomy, playing a key role in continuing to elevate standards while helping to shape the future direction of the course.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the greenkeeping team at WGC London
• Maintain and continue to improve course presentation and playing surfaces to the highest standards
• Work collaboratively with the Group Director of Golf Courses and Agronomy on strategy, planning, and development
• Uphold and enhance the club’s strong member-focused ethos
• Contribute to wider projects and knowledge‑sharing across The Good Golf Company

• An experienced greenkeeper ready to step into a leadership role, or an established manager seeking a fresh challenge
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality playing surfaces and member experiences
• A strong leader with excellent communication and team‑management skills
