An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Greenkeeping team at St Andrews Links, one of the most iconic venues in world golf. Home to eight unique courses – including the legendary Old Course at St Andrews – alongside a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, four clubhouses, and six retail outlets, St Andrews Links welcomes golfers from across the globe year-round.

We are looking for passionate and motivated Greenkeepers to help maintain our courses to the exceptional standards expected of a world-class golfing destination. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will play a key role in preparing championship and public courses for daily play, ensuring outstanding playing surfaces and memorable experiences for every golfer. This is an exciting time to become part of the team.

This role is ideally suited to a qualified Greenkeeper who is eager to develop their skills, broaden their experience, and contribute to maintaining some of the most renowned golf courses in the world. Over centuries, St Andrews Links has become the most renowned golf complex in the world, hosting prestigious events such as the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and the upcoming return of The Open Championship to the Old Course in 2027.
