Mount Mascal Stables is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pony Club Coach/Instructor to join our friendly and supportive team.


This role is ideal for someone who LOVES working with Pony Club groups and can make learning fun, safe and confidence-building for riders of all abilities.


About the Role



  • Teaching Pony Club groups of various ages and abilities

  • Delivering fun, structured and encouraging coaching sessions

  • Supporting stable management teaching sessions

  • Hacking out with riders when required

  • A regular Saturday teaching day is essential, with potential for additional hours - we are also looking for an Instructor on Fridays.


What Weโ€™re Looking For



  • Proven experience coaching Pony Club groups

  • Strong knowledge of stable management and horse care

  • Positive, reliable and professional attitude

  • Confident, approachable and great with children and ponies

  • Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience preferred

  • Current DBS check, Safeguarding and First Aid certification essential

  • Competitive pay based on experience
