Part-time Sales Assistant – 21 hours per week – in a busy clothing store in Weymouth. The role is fast-paced, requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
As a Sales Assistant you’ll deliver a first-class customer experience, manage the till, sell donated items, organise merchandise, support e-commerce sales and act as a keyholder, ensuring smooth store operation. You must be 18+ and able to move large volumes of donation bags.
Key responsibilities:- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our charity’s mission.
- Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential.
- Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to maximise online sales.
- Act as a keyholder when no manager is on duty, keeping the store running and ensuring customers have a great experience.
