British Heart Foundation is recruiting a Digital Journeys Senior Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support a major digital transformation programme. You will own key customer journeys, translate designs into live Adobe builds, and configure segmentation, workflows, personalisation and automation to deliver connected communications.
The role is hybrid, split between home and London office, with exposure to marketing automation, journey orchestration and rapid sprint cycles.
