British Heart Foundation is seeking a Digital Journeys Senior Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive one of our major transformation workstreams. You will design and deliver customer journeys, migrate from Dotdigital to Adobe, and redesign hundreds of campaigns to be patient-centred and data-driven.

You will own journeys end-to-end, manage audience segmentation, and collaborate with Digital, Data, Retention and Marketing teams to optimise personalisation and effectiveness.
