Assistant Store Manager (Ryde)
Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Ryde.
Candidate must be fully flexible to work across 7 days per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring highest standard of customer service
- Achieving targets
- Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
- Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
- Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
- Achieving expectations within campaign activities
- Working with the manager to generate stock
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role
