Our charity funds around Β£100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the factors that cause them, including heart diseases, stroke, vascular dementia, and diabetes. These conditions are interconnected, and our volunteers help us fund lifesaving science to improve the lives of families and loved ones living with these diseases.
Volunteering with us is easy, flexible, and inclusive. If you can spare a few hours a week or occasionally, weβd love you to join our volunteer team.
We are looking for volunteers to help ensure our online customers receive their purchases promptly and in good condition. If you have good attention to detail and enjoy working methodically, the role of packing and posting volunteer could be ideal for you. You will play a key role within the online sales team, supporting our efforts to fund life-saving research.
Please note, we are unable to accept volunteers under 17 or those with unspent criminal convictions. This is an unpaid voluntary position in a friendly charity shop environment.
