We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Matlock. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract working 28 hours per week. Candidate must be fully flexible to work across 7 days per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values, our Assistant Store Managers contribute towards the success of their stores by:

  • Ensuring highest standard of customer service
  • Achieving targets
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieving expectations within campaign activities
  • Working with the manager to generate stock

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
