About the role In this role, you’ll support optimisation across BHF’s digital platforms, using data, research and experimentation to improve customer journeys and increase digital conversion.

Working closely with teams across Digital, UX, Content, Product, Analytics, Marketing and Fundraising, you’ll contribute to key testing initiatives and the wider CRO programme.

Supporting experimentation across the full testing lifecycle using analytics, research and development skills.

Using tools such as GA4 and Mouseflow to analyse audiences, identify trends and inform hypotheses.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to prioritise and deliver testing opportunities.

Design, run and analyse CRO experiments.

Monitoring, analysing and presenting experiment results with clear recommendations.

Conducting audits of landing pages, funnels and forms to optimise conversion.

Supporting the development of the CRO programme and promoting CRO across the organisation.

About you An experienced digital optimisation specialist, you will have a strong understanding of CRO, experimentation and user experience, alongside experience using A/B testing platforms and analytics tools such as GA4 and Mouseflow or Hotjar.

You’re confident using data and research to generate insights and deliver experiments, translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.

You’re a collaborative communicator, able to engage stakeholders and explain complex findings effectively.

With strong attention to detail and time management skills, you take a proactive, customer‑focused and data‑driven approach.

You also bring knowledge of web design principles and working experience with tools such as Figma, HTML, CSS and Java Script, alongside a commitment to BHF’s values and cause.

Working arrangements This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months covering family leave.

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office.

This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
