We are looking for a Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering our home stores across North & East London and the Essex area. From working in a variety of stores you will gain exposure to different markets, layouts and turnover of stores before taking responsibility of your own store. The Store Manager Designate role provides cover across different locations to support the day to day running of the required stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and achieving targets
  • Delivering a high standard of service to customers that is expected by the BHF
  • Leading and developing a team of staff and volunteers
  • Depositing for Store Managers
  • Stock generation and management
  • Visual merchandising
  • Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers
