British Heart Foundation is seeking an Organisational Change & Development Consultant to drive people, culture, talent and organisational design initiatives. You will partner with change specialists and L&D professionals to deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Change, you will lead projects, create change and training plans, and support the Transformational programme as part of a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.
