Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your retail career? Weβre looking for a Supervisor to join our home & fashion store team in Glasgow, so we could be the perfect match! This is a 12 Week Fixed Term Contract. Candidate must be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Role responsibilities:
- Support the store management team, inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- Achieve sales and performance targets.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
- Support the recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Work with the manager to generate stock.
Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, the role can be physically demanding at times.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience in customer service in a senior sales assistant role.
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas.
