Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Kendal (LA9 4SX) so we could be the perfect match!

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring highest standard of customer service
  • Achieving targets
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieving expectations within campaign activities
  • Working with the manager to generate stock
