We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our home & fashion store team in Dumfries, so we could be the perfect match!
This is a 5 Month Fixed Term Contract. Candidate must be fully flexible to work across 7 days per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.
What does this role involve
As a Supervisor, you will support the store management team by inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Ensuring highest standard of customer service
- Achieving targets
- Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
- Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
- Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
- Achieving expectations within campaign activities
- Working with the manager to generate stock
