Were looking for a Department Manager to join our home & fashion store team inBristol (BS1 3JQ), so we could be the perfect match!
What does this role involve:
As an Department Manager, you support the General Manager with the day to day running of the store by leading and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflect our values, ourDepartment Managerscontribute towards the success of their stores by:
- Ensuring highest standard of customer service
- Achieving targets
- Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
- Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
- Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
- Achieving expectations within campaign activities
- Working with the manager to generate stock
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a weekwhich means we require flexibility from our store teams towork weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet mostrewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.
