Job Summary Assistant Store Manager – fashion store, Colwyn Bay.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects the organisation’s values.
- Ensure highest standard of customer service.
- Achieve sales targets.

- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
